Legal Research, Analysis and Drafting:
Mr. Bartholomew provides legal research and analysis for all areas of the law, and will write briefs or legal memoranda to the specifications of his attorney clients.

Litigation Services:
Mr. Bartholomew performs litigation tasks for attorney clients, including drafting discovery documents, drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, witness preparation, and trial preparation.

Per Diem Court Appearances:
Mr. Bartholomew will prepare for and attend court hearings, arbitration hearings and depositions on a per diem basis for attorney clients.

Mr. Bartholomew provides legal counseling and drafting services on a variety of matters including:
